Application Process

 B. A. LL. B. (5 Years Integrated Degree Course)

  1. Admission to the course shall be made strictly on the basis of academic merit. Marks obtained by him/her in 10+2 or equivalent examination for his /her consideration to B.A. LL.B. 5 years degree courses

  2. The candidates seeking admission to B. A. LL. B course shall be required to fill an admission form appended to this prospectus and submit the same along with attested copies of the certificates of matriculation examination, for proof of date of birth, 10+2 examination or graduation or equivalent examination, etc., to the Office of Principal, Awasthi College of Law on or before the 30th July

  3. The list of the merit in respect of B. A .LL. B  course shall be prepared by the College, after conducting interview or counseling on date specified by the College. the list of merit shall be displayed on the notice board of Awasthi College of Law.

  4. ​The selected candidates shall be required to pay the tuition fee, admission fee and other charges on or before the date specified, failing which his/her right to admission shall stand canceled and the seat will be allotted to the next candidate in order of merit. 

  5. The fee once deposited shall not be refunded under any circumstance.

  6. Last date of admission against the vacant/Vacated Seat (if any) will be as per the date specified by the University

  7. The last date of admission with the special permission of the Vice Chancellor will be as per date specified by the University. 

  8. The admission fee is to be deposited online from any bank in India or outside, in.The Account Number and IFSC Code are mentioned in prospectus

* At the end of 9th Semester, the students shall undergo a Winter Training Programme (During Winter Vacations). During this training the Students will attend Two Trials. Beside this each student will observe Two Interviewing Sessions of clients at the Lawyers’ Office/Legal Aid Office. Each student will further observe the preparation of Documents and Court Papers by the Advocateand the Procedure for the Filing of the Suit/Petition. They will submit a Report at the end of it and the marks will be added in the Course LLB(H)1004 of the 10th Semester.
