“No Tobacco Use Policy”
The Awasthi College of Law, Nalagrh is committed to providing a healthy, safe, and tobacco-free academic environment. In accordance with applicable laws and public health guidelines, the use, possession, sale, distribution, or consumption of tobacco products in any form is strictly prohibited within the college campus and within a radius of 100 yards from the outer boundary of the Institution.
This policy is applicable to students, faculty members, staff, visitors, vendors, and all other individuals present on campus. Any violation of this policy shall be treated as misconduct and will attract disciplinary action in accordance with institutional rules and applicable law.
The College actively promotes awareness about the harmful effects of tobacco and ensures the display of mandatory “No Tobacco / Tobacco-Free Area” signage across the campus to ensure effective implementation of this policy.
NO RAGGING POLICY
Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited inside the campus, hostels, classrooms, transport, and all institutional premises.
